Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not currently.

 

Q: How long does it take for items to be shipped?

A: Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for production and delivery from the date an order is placed.

 

Q: Do you offer custom pieces?

Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping?

A: We do not provide gift-wrapping services.

Q: How can I pay for my online order?

A: We accept most major credits cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept apple pay and amazon pay.

  

Q: I just submitted an order; can I change it?

A: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us.

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Credit cards are charged at time of check out. Order processing time may be up to 14 business days before the order is shipped.

A: If you are unable to locate the item you are looking for, please hit the search link at the bottom of the page or contact us.

  

Q: Did my order go through?

A: After placing your order, you should receive an email order confirmation. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please check your junk folders and contact us.

 

Q: Will I receive Ordering and/or Shipping Confirmation?

A: After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. You should also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Order processing time is up to 10 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it may take up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for delivery depending upon your location. 

 

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: Currently, shipping costs are free for orders over $100. We offer other shipping services as well USPS First Class (3-5 Business Day).

A: Via USPS Priority Mail & USPS First Class Mail.

 

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Not at this time.

 

Q: What is your RETURN or EXCHANGE policy?

Q: Can I change the address on my order?

A: Orders are processed upon receipt. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancelations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us.

 

Q: What should I do if my package was returned to sender?

A: If your package was returned to our offices, a refund will be issued. Once the refund has been processed, you should receive an email confirmation.
