Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Please allow up to 10-14 days for production, after which you should receive email notification that your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may take up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for delivery depending upon your location. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you upon receipt of your order. Zinger Supply is not liable for any lost or stolen goods for which delivery confirmation has been verified. We do not insure any packages unless requested by the customer. We do not currently ship internationally.

We want your complete satisfaction with your purchase and offer refunds or exchanges on new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All items are quality controlled before being shipped to customers. Should you receive a damaged item(s), please contact us. Items must be returned with tags attached, and in original and resalable condition along with order information your received in your email order confirmation. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification that we have received your returned item(s) with an approval or reason for rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be processed and credited automatically to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt of your item(s).

REFUNDS: All refunds will be credited in the form of original method payment less shipping, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.

GIFTS: Gifts received can be returned for a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.

SALE ITEMS, LIMITED EDITION or ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMO CODE: Sale items, Limited Edition and Promo Code items may not be returned, exchanged, or credited in any way. All discounted sale items are Final Sale.

Zinger Supply reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, product(s) and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to; changing market conditions, product and/or material discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements.

PRODUCT DISCLOSURES:

Products may be prone to color variances. Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen are an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors of the product. We cannot be responsible for dye lot variations. If you are choosing a product, you must accept that no two pieces are alike and may vary. Since many of our products are made from natural materials, the color and pattern can vary a great deal from a sample to the actual piece ordered.
